Terms of Service
Effective 2026-09-08 · Written in plain language, matching what the product actually does.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
What we provide
You upload a few product photos and answer some multiple-choice questions about what you can make. From the product information you have confirmed, Edanic automatically generates and hosts a set of pages that Google and AI can read. Those pages sit on our subdomain (*.sites.edanic.com) and change nothing about your marketplace storefront or your existing website. Once it is up, each week you take a few workshop photos, answer five multiple-choice questions and post a record: if people are searching for it, we write it up as a page on your site; if hardly anyone is, we do not build a page and do not charge for it, and the record still appears on your site. On a paid plan we keep adding and revising pages from real search data. The first step — whether these are the things you sell — is yours to confirm; after that the site is built and published automatically, and the content goes through compliance and quality checks before it is published. Nothing is published while your contact details are missing; on a paid plan, when credits run short the site stops updating (the site itself stays online). The inquiry buttons on your pages are the WhatsApp number and email address you entered yourself, so buyers contact you directly — we never sit in between and never hold an inquiry back.
Domains: every site is given an address at *.sites.edanic.com. On a paid plan you can also point a domain you own yourself at your site from the site settings: you change one DNS record at whoever you bought the domain from, and once the certificate has been issued that domain opens your site. The free plan does not include this. We only connect domains that you own and can change DNS for; we do not register or buy domains on your behalf.
Fees and plans
Free plan: one site, in English, delivered complete, kept free for good and never deleted (the free plan always builds an English site; it is not a choice of language). The free plan does not need a card. Once your free site is delivered we do not add new pages for you on our own initiative: continuing to add and revise pages from real search data is what the paid plan does. But the posts you send still go onto the site: turning a post into a page buyers can find uses credits, and once your first site is delivered we give you 30 credits, once (a page costs the unit price below). After those run out, new posts still appear on your site — they simply do not get a page of their own, and the site does not stop because of it. Throughout, we keep checking your site every day and fixing what we find.
Paid plan: $19 a month (there is no annual plan). The paid plan is billed in credits, and there are two kinds: each subscription cycle grants 200 credits that are valid for that cycle only, do not accumulate, and lapse when the cycle ends; credits you buy separately do not expire ($1 buys 10 credits, and each purchase is valid for 90 days from the day it lands). We draw down the current cycle's grant first, then the credits you bought. The subscription itself already covers hosting and the SEO/GEO groundwork, and there is no separate per-site hosting fee.
How the records you post are charged: posting a record costs nothing and it goes onto your site as usual; turning one record into a page buyers can find costs 10 credits, and each extra language for that page costs another 10 credits, so the unit of pricing is (one record, one language). If hardly anyone searches for it, we do not build a page and do not charge for it. Rewrites are free — whether you asked for the rewrite or we rewrote it ourselves during a check, we do not charge. Adding a market means giving your existing pages one more language version, charged at the per-extra-language price; exactly how many pages that comes to is listed item by item in the build plan, and if your balance covers it the credits are drawn and the pages published automatically.
When you run short of credits the site stops updating (no new pages are added). The site itself does not go offline and is not deleted; the pages already built and the multi-language versions all stay, you can pick one language and keep publishing for free, and topping up or renewing restores new pages and the other languages. You can export and take the whole site with you at any time, in the way described below.
The prices and credits above are the plan rules; your current balance, the breakdown of granted and purchased credits, and add-on pack prices are whatever the billing page shows live (those come from the billing service; this page does not keep a second copy of the numbers).
Cancelling, refunds and price changes
The paid plan is a subscription: a monthly cycle, renewed automatically through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — go to the Stripe customer portal from the billing page. After cancelling, service continues to the end of the cycle you have already paid for; at that point there is no further charge and no renewal. The subscription credits granted each cycle are that cycle's capacity: valid for that cycle, cleared when it ends, not carried into the next one and not convertible to cash.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, including unused time in the current cycle and unspent credits. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, but the cycle already paid for is not refunded. Add-on credit packs are likewise non-refundable.
We may adjust prices, the number of credits granted, or the billing rules. Any price increase or change that is to your disadvantage will be told to you in advance by email or on the billing page; you can cancel before the change takes effect, and continuing to use the service counts as accepting the new price. Prices do not rise inside a paid cycle that has already begun.
After you stop subscribing: your site and your data
A free site is kept free for good and is never deleted. If a paid plan stops (you cancel and it lapses, or payment fails), the site stops updating (no new pages are added), but it stays online and is not deleted: the pages already built and the multi-language versions all stay, you can pick one language and keep publishing for free, and the free subdomain keeps working; paid entitlements such as your own domain stop for that period and come back when you renew. You can export your data and take the whole site with you at any time, in the way described in the previous section. You can also submit a request to delete your account and data from the billing page at any time — that one is a real deletion and cannot be undone: after you submit it there is a grace period during which you can withdraw the request, and the page lists item by item what will be deleted and what will be kept.
A free site can be built once per phone number. Your free site is kept for good; if you want more — your own domain, more languages, or us adding pages continuously from real search data — upgrade to the paid plan. The same phone number will not get another free site by deleting the account and registering again — we keep one irreversible record that tells us whether this number has been used, but it cannot be turned back into the number itself. A site you abandon before it is finished does not use up that one allowance — only a site that really gets built counts as using it.
Your content, your brand, our software (intellectual property)
You own the material you submit, and the page content and brand material we generate for your site from it — those are yours. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the right to use the information you give us. Edanic owns all intellectual property in the platform, the software, the page templates and the underlying system; whether or not a subscription is in force does not change that division of ownership.
You can export your data at any time: one click on the billing page exports JSON containing your account information, the sites in your name and their build records, and your credit ledger.
You can also take the whole site away as a package: every site that is live can be downloaded as a zip containing the static files we generated for you (page HTML, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, images) and an editable text draft of each page. The archive is self-contained: put it on any static host and it works on its own, without Edanic. There is no extra charge for this, and it does not require an active subscription.
What we do not promise
We do not promise any specific ranking, traffic or inquiry figure — whether search engines list you, and where, is not under our control. Every number shown in your console comes from real statistics; when one cannot be read we say so honestly rather than showing an estimate.
Compliance and acceptable use
Site content is generated from the photos you provide and the information you fill in and confirm; it is your responsibility to make sure you have the right to use that material. We do not accept sites involving weapons, tobacco or e-cigarettes, pornography, gambling, counterfeit goods or other prohibited categories, and will refuse to build or will take down a site where we detect them. We reserve the right to terminate service for abuse, including bulk registration and content violations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service (including any reduction in traffic, inquiries or revenue). In any event, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and disputes
The formation and interpretation of these terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of the place where the Edanic operating entity is registered. If a dispute arises, the parties shall first try to resolve it amicably; failing that, it shall be submitted to a competent court in that place of registration. The name and place of registration of the operating entity can be requested at support@edanic.com.
