What do I actually have to do?
Once your site is up, post whenever something happens in the workshop: a few photos, a line in Chinese, or both. There are no questions to answer, and one or two posts a week is plenty. We do the rest: you never write English and never touch the site.
What happens to a post?
It goes onto your site with its own page, free, and shows in the updates on your site. Separately, the system adds expansion pages around questions buyers really ask, built from your materials and posts; those are paid in credits, charged only after each page is live.
I only have ordinary phone photos and cannot write English. Can I still use it?
Yes. Ordinary phone photos, a line of Chinese, or an old document are all fine as a starting point. You check in Chinese what we read from them and fill in anything missing; we write the pages in English. Specs, certificates and lead times you did not give are never made up. Paid sites can add translated pages for target markets.
Is this a B2B social platform?
No — it is your own factory website. “Like posting to your feed” only means it is that easy to update; there are no followers to grow and no platform deciding who sees you. Buyers reach you through your own contact details.
Who do the inquiries go to?
Straight to you. The inquiry buttons on the site are your own WhatsApp and your own email, so buyers contact you directly. We never sit in between and we never hold an inquiry back.
How far does the free plan go?
One site in English, delivered complete, kept free forever, no card needed. Posting is free, and every post goes onto the site with its own page. Once your first site is delivered we give you 30 credits, which the system spends on expansion pages built automatically around real buyer questions from your materials. When those run out, expansion pages wait until you top up, and your posts keep going up.
How soon will I see something?
Google visibility is not paid bidding: it cannot be rushed and usually takes months to build up. Your console shows two numbers only, visits and contact-button taps, both from real statistics. When a number cannot be read we say so instead of showing a zero.
Do you promise Google rankings or a number of inquiries?
No. We do not promise any specific ranking, traffic, or inquiry number: indexing and ranking are decided by the search engines, not by any site-building service. What we do is keep adding pages that search engines and AI can read, and show you the real numbers.
Will this affect my Alibaba storefront?
No. Edanic builds a separate new site on its own subdomain (sites.edanic.com). Your storefront and your existing website are untouched.
